Hotel Best Mindeltal

I was running late, missed check-in, and hadn’t seen the hotel’s message. I had to book another hotel, but they didn’t accept my explanation for being late and charged me a no-show fee.

Our kids had a great time in the indoor playroom, and the hotel was well set up for families. We could fit the baby crib between the bed and pullout sofa, so it was easy to get to the baby at night. They’d even provided a crib without us asking. Breakfast was family style, with freshly cut cucumbers, tomatoes, and carrots, plus fruit, German bread, and cold cuts. There were warm choices too, including eggs, small sausages, bacon bits, and meatballs. It’s right off the highway, near a gas station and Tesla superchargers. A few restaurants, fast food places, and small outlet stores are within walking distance, and LEGOLAND is a 10-minute drive away. We enjoyed staying here and would come back if we visit LEGOLAND again.

We stayed a night with our two children, ages 5 and 2, while visiting Legoland for two days. The hotel is geared toward children and has an indoor play area. Our room was clean and modern, and the service was kind. Parking and WiFi were free. Breakfast had a rich buffet with hot and cold drinks and fresh fruit. There are lots of dinner options nearby, and checkout can be done easily without staff.

We gave it 4 1/2 stars. The room was clean, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. We stayed two nights for Legoland, which was easy to get to, and the hotel cost much less than the ones on site. A few small things were missing from the room: there was no safe, coffee machine, or kettle. The coffee at breakfast was hot and ready at the table, though. I’d recommend it to others visiting the park.
