We had a great stay and will come back whenever we’re in the area. The breakfast buffet was awesome, and the rooms were lovely. It’s a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, one of the best we’ve stayed at anywhere in Germany.

The service was wonderful all through dinner, and the salad bar let me put together just the dinner salad I wanted. The Jägerschnitzel was one of the finest I’ve had. My son ordered the steak and thoroughly enjoyed it. Outstanding food. Well done!

Our family had a really enjoyable stay at this beautifully kept traditional German hotel. The beer garden and restaurant were outstanding, and the staff were friendly and eager to help travelers however they could. We’d definitely stay at Hotel Fröhlich again.

We walked over from Hohenecken to try somewhere new and were so glad we did. The food was delicious, with plenty of vegetarian options, and the service was excellent. We’ll be back. Thanks for a wonderful dinner!

I can’t speak to the hotel, but I’ve lived in Dansenberg for four years, and our whole family looks forward to the beer garden in late spring, summer, and early fall. The restaurant is delicious, too. It’s worth the trip even if you don’t live nearby: listen to the birds, enjoy a few delicious German drinks, and have authentic food. Bonus points if you catch a party event with live music!
