The bar manager deserves five stars, she was wonderful. I’d rate the hotel itself as a solid three star place. There was mold on my room’s faucet, but after I reported it at reception, the team offered me another room.

Breakfast had lots of choices, and everyone in our family of 10 found something they liked. The staff were warm, welcoming, and spoke perfect English. They made a real effort to accommodate our multigenerational group’s different needs. Hotel Am Froschbächel was spotless throughout, and its location worked perfectly for us, with a playground right across the street where the kids could burn off energy. Free parking for both our cars made things easy, and the area felt safe and was wonderfully quiet at night. We’d happily stay at Hotel Am Froschbächel again and recommend it to families and groups.

There’s a lot of room to explore around the hotel, and I even came across a big slot car track for kids. It feels like the place is run to make guests happy, not to squeeze the most profit out of limited space. The bathroom was beautifully finished, the staff seemed genuinely happy to work there, and there’s plenty of space throughout. A very nice hotel.

The staff were so helpful when I needed something printed, and the business facilities were very good. The hotel is modern, spacious, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The restaurant serves excellent food too.
