A really nice apartment in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood.

The shared laundry facilities are downstairs, with Wi-Fi, a vacuum, washer, and dryer available to everyone. I spent four weeks in Kaiserslautern for work, in the ground-floor apartment 1. It was generally quiet, and the place was modern and clean. The kitchen had plenty of supplies and appliances and was kept clean; the bathroom was in great shape too. You could hear the heating now and then, but I got used to it pretty quickly.
