Our dance group holds its alternative course here, so I can’t comment on the rooms, food, or service. The building is beautiful and the hall is large. Perfect.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff were capable and helpful. Rooms are generally well equipped and good, even if nothing special. The bathrooms could do with a modern update, and the sound insulation is poor, especially from the street and neighboring rooms.

We were completely happy with our second stay at the Flair Hotel Kamenz, thanks in large part to the excellent service from the staff. I made a careless mistake booking through Booking.com, and the staff more than made up for it. Booking.com mixes up names and dates and charges outrageous prices. As I said, the booking error was my fault. My wife and I will definitely return and book directly with the hotel next time.

The breakfast was plentiful and nicely balanced, perfectly fine. After a disastrous first night, the hotel moved me to a quiet room away from the street. It was clean, nicely furnished, and quite comparable to the first one, and I slept really well. Guests should definitely ask for a quiet room when booking.
