There was a pool that was usually quiet, and we often had it to ourselves. It gave my autistic daughter a great place to unwind after a busy day at Europa park. The owners were incredibly warm and welcoming, and went out of their way for us despite us not speaking the same language. The shower was very good, and the apartment was very clean.

Our holiday was ruined by this incident, and we’re still upset about it. We got no apology and no refund for the night. The owner's husband shouted and insulted us over the pool door, which was already open, and because we were sitting on a bench in the garden house. Our children, aged 3 and 7, were so frightened they cried and we left. They cried for almost the whole night too, since they’d never experienced anything like that. We would have apologized if we’d accidentally left a door open, and things can always be discussed, but treating guests this way is unacceptable.

We stayed for three nights in a very high-quality, comfortable apartment. Mr. Latscha was exceptionally friendly when handing it over. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The beds were really comfortable, and the place was quiet and very clean. There’s a kettle, TV, refrigerator, plus a pool and sun loungers. The hosts were welcoming, very kind, and pleasant. We’ll be back!

We had a great time relaxing by the pool and meeting such welcoming hosts. The apartment was stunning, perfectly equipped, and in a prime location. Absolutely fantastic, highly recommended!
