The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is pleasant. Make sure to book breakfast ahead, though, or the price is exorbitant. I accidentally spilled my 4 cl whisky at the bar. The bartender cleaned it up, but I expected some small gesture, like refilling at least half the glass, 2 cl. That didn't happen. If you want a comfortable hotel, this could suit you. If you want one that makes guests feel valued, look elsewhere, or be careful not to spill your drink.

The only real downside is that it's a bit expensive. Otherwise, I'd recommend it. The hotel seems fairly new. I've stayed several times in a separate building and hadn't known about the main one. The rooms are cozy, and having a balcony for fresh air is quite important for my family. Breakfast was really good, even when we came close to the end. It does finish at 9:30 on workdays, which isn't very convenient when we usually arrive around midnight to 2 am.

I'd come back if I get the chance. The hotel has a modern feel, the rooms and beds are comfortable and clean, and the service was great. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was amazing.

I had a pleasant five-day stay. The rooms were good, and they left two complimentary drinks, one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic. There's a restaurant and bar, though vegetarian choices are very limited. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, but the same menu every day. It'd be nice if they changed it some days. The hotel is close to Durlach Train Station and the tram stop.
