Ferienhaus am Golfplatz!

Rügen is beautiful, and I've been visiting since I was three, but I've never had service there this unfriendly. The man was very pleasant; the woman was extremely unfriendly, and I won't return. We had agreed on a stay through August 17th, 2025, but were made to leave on August 16th, after staying from August 2nd. We weren't allowed to hang wet laundry outside, and although laundry service had been offered beforehand, we had to use a laundromat. A load at the rental cost €5 for a small washing machine, with another €5 for the dryer. That felt far too expensive for the machines. We only got a clothes rack at the last minute. Cooking was difficult because the stove didn't work properly. Only two small burners worked, and everything took far too long. Our towels weren't changed during the 14-day stay. The stair motion detectors were dead too, so we had to ask the host to replace them or we'd be going downstairs in the dark. There was no terrace for breakfast or dinner, and nobody mentioned garden furniture or that we could use a barbecue.

The hosts were very friendly, and the apartment was well equipped in a lovely location. It was great value for money, too. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'd highly recommend it for a lovely stay.

Rita and Franz are such nice hosts. The holiday apartment itself is fantastic, with great, spacious rooms.
