Aleks was especially good for meals, and the central location was excellent. I stayed four nights and had a standard room on the top floor overlooking the church. It looked and felt just like the pictures. Everything was there: excellent WiFi, a clean and tidy room, coffee, tea, pillows, bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Tram 1 or 3 from Kassel Wilhelmshöhe station makes it easy to get there. I told reception I'd arrive after 6 PM, and the gentleman waited for me, showed me everything, and handed over the key. Big compliments to the reception team for their kindness and professionalism. The cleaner came on the second day to tidy and clean the room. Getting in was simple too, just hold the card to the door. There's also a key box out front. Highly recommended, especially for the price. Greetings from Montenegro.

Check-in and check-out were very easy. I was in Kassel on a business trip and found my stay comfortable. The staff were helpful and reachable by phone even outside reception's working hours.

The location was amazing, with museums, shopping, and transit all an easy walk away. Staff were super helpful, and the rooms felt cozy and thoughtfully laid out. Parking could be a bit easier, but that's just part of the downtown struggle.

The rooms were extremely clean and had very fast free WiFi. It's easy to get to the hotel, right next to a train stage, and the rooms are very quiet. I was there for seven days and won't forget how much the staff did to make me comfortable, especially Tomas and the lady who worked at reception. They were both so helpful, and the team also gave me help and directions about life in Kassel. Great folks at Hotel Am Rathaus. The staff are professional, friendly, and exceedingly humble. I wish I could give them more than five stars, they deserve 10 bright stars. A perfect hotel, especially for anyone visiting Kassel for the first time.

I'd definitely come back. Can't say anything bad about this hotel.
