You can get to everything easily from this quiet, well-connected location, and I especially enjoyed being close to the forest and local recreation area for walks or short trips into nature. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host deserves a special mention. He’s very friendly, quick to respond, and flexible about arrival and departure times. It’s clear he cares about his guests feeling comfortable. I’d gladly return and can wholeheartedly recommend the place.

I needed a place in Kassel for a business trip on short notice, and found and booked Haus Elena. The house is well maintained and centrally located for me, and the apartment is in very good condition. The furnishings look new and attractive to me, and the prices are fair. I later had to postpone my arrival, and they handled it fairly and without hassle. That’s not something you find everywhere. I’d love to come back.

Our whole family felt at home in the guesthouse, which has a great location and a lovely atmosphere. Communication was excellent, and they promptly took care of even our small extra requests. That’s what makes a holiday enjoyable!

The contact was friendly, and the place was mostly clean, which is why I gave two stars. Beyond that, there was a lot that could be improved. This was my second stay, and check-in went wrong both times: I got the wrong code once, and the next time there was no key in the locker. The Wi-Fi failed on both visits too. The shower head was broken, the kitchen faucet leaked, and there was an old cleaning glove on a living room shelf.

It’s a quiet, cozy apartment in an ideal spot right next to the clinic. This is my second stay here.
