We were a group of 61, and the waiters worked hard to look after everyone. We were hurrying at the end, but the staff still made sure we got dessert, so we ate it standing up near the exit. :) Tasty food and a nice place. Thank you!

That garden is a lovely place to sit outside with a casual drink. We came for dinner as a party of two, though, and the meal was just okay for the price. Our dishes arrived at different times, and one of them was the wrong one.

We were woken early by sunlight coming through the roof window, which was the one inconvenient part of our stay. Otherwise, the hospitality was great, with friendly staff and a good restaurant and food.

The 1950s-or-earlier look of the interior really charmed me. The staff were super friendly, our room was very clean, and breakfast was amazing. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels in Germany, and Hafen 17 is my favorite. Don’t be put off by the industrial zone, this place is a hidden gem. See the photos I uploaded here.
