The owners made the stay especially unpleasant. They were rude and disrespectful, and at checkout they aggressively demanded an extra charge per person over a few bits of paper on the floor. They used dismissive body language and slang. The top floor was cold, and we had problems with the hot water. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

They wouldn't let us use the elevator, even though the building has one. Then, when we left, they said the room was dirty and demanded more money. They were extremely rude, and it took them a week to answer messages on Booking. I would never recommend staying here.

The owners were extremely rude. They also asked us to pay an extra cleaning fee through Booking.com, even though we'd already been charged €29 for cleaning.

The water was ice cold, and they showed no understanding or courtesy toward us, even though we had a small baby with us. We weren't satisfied with the accommodation at all. The owners acted disrespectfully and immorally. I absolutely would not recommend it.

Disaster! We thought we'd booked a ground-floor apartment, but ours was on the top floor. The kitchen is a joke, just a camping stove and portable hot plate in the storage room. The bathroom is much too small, and even after letting the water run for five minutes, it still wasn't hot. It's not worth the money.
