Zentrum-Kloster-Lehnin

I’m extremely disappointed. I paid twice for a single night, after receiving several letters and even debt collection threats at home. They asked me by email to provide an invoice, but no staff were there at all during our stay, from 11 PM to 6 AM. Leaving the cash in the room was our only option. As I already said in my email, I’ll remove my review only if they refund the second payment. And in response to the comment on my review, no, this matter still hasn’t been resolved.

Friendly staff at this nice guesthouse.

The grounds and buildings were beautiful and well cared for, and there was plenty of space. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge selection, including vegan and lactose-free choices as well as bacon and scrambled eggs. Everything was fantastic. Our rooms were very clean, and so was the communal kitchen in the pilgrim rooms. The bathroom was well laid out, with good shower pressure and lovely hot water. We had nothing to complain about. Mrs. Peters gave us a wonderful welcome and was available by phone too. Warmest regards to her.

Everything about our stay at this special hotel lived up to our expectations. The quiet across the grounds and inside the hotel was truly soothing, and the staff were remarkably friendly and professional. Thanks for making things easy and helping us sort out problems. Our room was practical, the beds were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety and regional ingredients.
