I slept very well in the clean, comfortable room and could rest up for the rest of my journey. This was my second stay at Roatel, though my first at this location, and the value for money is unbeatable. One small tip: when you pass the truck stop, the sleeping containers are a few hundred meters farther along on the right, beside the charging station where Roatel guests park. A vending machine partnership for drinks or snacks could be useful, especially for people using the charging station. 100% recommendation.

People talk loudly or even listen to music all night while charging, so there's constant noise. The door is only a thin sheet of metal, and the charging station makes this hotel unsuitable for resting. Other hotels are quiet. Once the charging station changes the door, this place isn't suitable as a hotel.

It's a small room but fully equipped. Fine for one night.

I was interested in this room concept, but ended up disappointed. Booking and check-in were very easy, and finding the place was no problem. I opened the room through a link, and as soon as I stepped inside there was an unpleasant smell. I opened the window and door to air it out. At first I thought the drain was the source, but running water only made the smell worse. In the shower I found small creatures, not silverfish, something else, and flushed them down the drain. Then I noticed mold, which was probably the real cause. The showerhead was clean on top, but badly dirty underneath and partly black. The toilet wasn't right either, with clear urine stains on the underside of the lid. I cleaned the toilet myself, but the smell and the state of the shower were too much for me. I contacted support by message and phone. The hotline employee was very friendly and offered to send the cleaner right away, but it was already 22:50 and I just wanted to sleep, so I declined. The fan was also odd, starting and stopping irregularly instead of running steadily. In the end, I chose not to stay in the room. Support was genuinely helpful, and my money was refunded without any fuss. Still, I find it questionable that the cleaner or company hadn't reported these conditions. They don't seem like problems that appear overnight, but issues that must have been there for some time. What especially bothered me was that the very same room was bookable again today. Either everything was fixed in under 12 hours, or it was only patched up superficially and marked as okay. Of course, at this price you can't expect luxury, but cleanliness, and especially smell, should have a clear limit. From outside, the site looked fine. It's at a truck stop, so naturally some people leave rubbish or go into the bushes. The charging points were busy, but that wouldn't have bothered me. Support was very attentive and reliable. Mold is an absolute no-go. Maybe the rooms should be checked regularly by a Roatel employee.
