The apartment itself was large and beautiful, with two gardens, and the bus stop is right outside. The house is quite remote, though, with no supermarket nearby. The mattresses were completely worn out. We booked the ground floor for a stag or hen party. There was no key in the safe when we arrived, but the caretaker brought one quickly. We later found out we only had two apartment keys and no key for the house, so at night we were left standing outside in the rain. Totally unacceptable 😂 We had to share the garden with another group in the building. The caretaker said we could grill in the other garden, but there was no grill. We were also expected to coordinate with the other group, which seemed unfair since we'd rented an apartment with a garden. In the end it was fine, but the house key problem was impossible, and they really should have given us a discount.

We had the whole guesthouse for 25 people from our small music club last weekend, and it suited us well. Being out of town meant we could play music and barbecue in the garden without bothering neighbors. The garden could use a bit of general care, though. Mr. Werland, the caretaker, and Mr. Jung, the landlord, were both lovely to deal with. Everything went smoothly, and Mr. Jung was helpful in every way. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were a few minor cosmetic issues around the apartment. The main surprise was the charge for linens: four sets of bed linen and towels cost €92 when requested. Otherwise, things were okay.

The apartment is close to the center, and the rooms were nice with a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. But there were wasps and other pests showing up constantly, including a cockroach, so I can only give it three stars.
