Hotel Trierer Hof

Breakfast was excellent, with gluten-free and lactose-free choices. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the AC helped us get a good night's sleep. It's a lovely historic hotel with modern amenities, very close to the river. The English-speaking staff made check-in and checkout easy. Highly recommend.

We slept well apart from some noise at night. Our corner room faced the traffic lights, where buses and cars with loud stereos would stop. The rest of the stay was very nice. The triple room had plenty of space, though the sink was in the room and the shower and toilet setup was an interesting arrangement. Everything was clean and tidy, and the older building is well maintained. It's handy for tourist spots and shopping, with a small grocery market on the same block. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The door used a physical key, while the in-room AC had a remote. Breakfast was nice, especially the fresh seasonal fruit salad.

The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, and we'd definitely stay here again. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. It's close to the old town and the place where the Moselle and Rhine meet, with tourist attractions and restaurants an easy walk away. There's also inexpensive covered parking a short distance from the hotel.
