Blockhaus

The house itself is lovely, and you can sit outside comfortably for breakfast or a barbecue. We were fine with there being no kitchen since we spent a lot of time out, though there’s no machine for ground coffee, only one for beans. Still, for the price we expected cleaner surroundings and better sleeping arrangements. The log cabin wasn’t clean throughout, and I had to wash every glass myself. The dishes in the outdoor cupboard were so filthy that we didn’t use them. All five duvet covers had broken zippers. The mattresses on the small beds were awful, with the children sleeping right on the springs. They urgently need replacing, and the furnishings should be more complete and cleaner. I also sent the hosts two questions and never got a reply, even by the day we left. With more attention to detail, this place could be fantastic.
