The food was top notch and the atmosphere was lovely. We came as a group of 8, and even with the owner handling things alone, we had an excellent experience. We didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the rooms. Great service, and we'll definitely return!

The restaurant reopened as a Greek restaurant in March 2026, and we went on opening night. We were charmed straight away by the warm atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent with generous portions. A lovely mix of Greek hospitality and Bavarian Forest spirit. We had a great time and will be back soon. They made us feel right at home, and were especially attentive to our allergies and special requests. The food was outstanding, and the welcome was so warm. We also loved how dog-friendly it was. Our dog was treated like a valued guest and offered water right away, which made us feel very welcome.
