Breakfast had a wide choice of bread, cheese, and ham, and the hot food was what you'd expect. The food itself was good, but both mornings we couldn't find a table because the room was so busy. There didn't seem to be much understanding of us having a baby, or much urgency from anyone to clear tables. I know hotels get busy in peak season, but this part of the stay let the place down. We came to Leipzig in December for the Christmas markets, and the hotel's location was ideal for the city center. From the outside it's an unassuming building, while inside the corridors and meeting areas have pop art that gives it a stylish feel. Otherwise it's quite calm and casual. Our room was snug, and fitting in a cot for our baby made it more of a squeeze, though we were out most of the time so it wasn't a problem. The bed was comfortable. Since we were there in December, we were offered a heater, but didn't need it. Parking at the hotel was expensive. There are several cheaper car parks nearby, and a little space out front for loading and unloading.

I was really pleased with my stay and would recommend this hotel to people visiting Leipzig. The location is excellent, close to the city center and main attractions, and the hotel and rooms were extremely clean and well-equipped. The staff were courteous and efficient throughout. Special thanks to Ms. Bonell at the reception, who was especially kind and helpful. I appreciated the whole team's hard work and dedication, and I'll definitely return. It was an exceptional experience, and this hotel deserves its 5 stars.

I'm from Germany and travel a lot. The rooms were clean, and the Rezeption was friendly. Sauna and Fitness were tiptop. Parking nearby is available for 10€/night. The Hotel is in a perfect spot near Oldtown Leipzig.

The location is good and the hotel itself is good overall. But getting an invoice at check-in or checkout took painfully long, and the staff seemed very unhappy. I wouldn't come back.

We found the rooftop terrace a lovely quiet spot to relax, take in the city, or have dinner and drinks. Our room was very comfortable, and the complimentary drinks in the mini fridge were a thoughtful touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. INNSiDE by Meliá is directly across from the Thomaskirche, where Bach is buried, and all the Leipzig sights are an easy walk away. Self check-in was quick and straightforward when we followed the pre-arrival email instructions. I'd gladly recommend the hotel and stay here again.
