The staff at Hotel Nagel were so friendly and keen to make guests feel welcome, adding a personal touch throughout. There’s a cozy, homely feel from the rooms to the common spaces, which are inviting and open all night. You can help yourself to beer from the fridge, with relaxing music in the background, a nice way to unwind after being out. Breakfast has an impressive range, and the salmon was a particular favorite. A lovely place to stay, with great amenities and service.

There’s a lot to enjoy, including the pool, terrace and billiard tables, but the details could use more attention. Breakfast was good, though the room felt very basic for the price and needed dusting. The shower had several unexpected outlets, and my window was very close to the parking spaces. It wasn’t pleasant having people arrive, park, and be able to look right in at what I was doing.

We had a very nice overnight stay, with a good dinner and breakfast. The restaurant is popular in town, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Burgers are a specialty, and there are vegetarian choices too. Breakfast is included in the reasonable room rate and was especially good, with fresh breads. The rooms are well equipped, and the bathrooms clean and spacious. There’s also an outdoor pool among the room clusters. I’d recommend both the hotel and restaurant.

Clean, nicely decorated, and with good music, a pool, friendly staff, and a lovely breakfast. I loved everything about this hotel and warmly recommend it.

Breakfast was very good, though the swimming pool is small. The hotel felt a little crowded, and there was no air conditioning in the room.
