The rooms were clean, and the location is right by the city center with lots of restaurants nearby. After staying in countless hotels, the hospitality at Bayerischer Hof Lindenburg has been the best I’ve experienced. Everyone is sweet and accommodating, especially Barbara and Ludwig.

The owners are caring and give personal attention, and I had one of my best stays here. Everything was good, from breakfast in the morning through late evening. It’s one of the best locations in Lindenberg, and I’d love to come back as I promised the owners.

A very nice, clean hotel, and the service was good too. Thank you.

The biggest issue for me was the invoice sent to my company. It included 3x breakfast, even though I had told reception at check-in that I did not want breakfast and never went to it. It may not be a large cost, but it’s enough to make me look for somewhere else next time. There were plenty of problems during our 3-day stay. On the first day the water failed in the room, and having only hot water in the shower wasn’t pleasant. The heating was unpredictable: one day it got so warm I couldn’t stay in the room, then it stopped working for half the evening. There’s no wardrobe for a longer stay. The room was generally clean, though corners and crevices could have been cleaned more carefully, so I’d give cleanliness 4/5. I can’t really judge the service because nobody was there. We were given a key and only a phone number to call if anything went wrong. The restaurant was closed too. The hotel was full of impressions and adventures, but what I found there didn’t match the opinion I’d had of the place.
