The landlady was very nice, and even though we arrived later than planned, getting the key was no problem. The apartment is very quiet and clean. It’s a bit older, but stepping back in time has its own charm. We’ll definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money.

We’ve been returning for several years and are looking forward to August. The owner and her family are incredibly kind, and they even helped with hospital visits. We’ve recommended the place many times, and everyone has been very happy. Everything is simple and straightforward, but it’s perfect for hikers and families with children, with what you need nearby. There’s a bakery and shops close by. Via Bayerisch Eisenstein, the Czech border is 20 minutes away. The zoo is a 2-minute drive or a 15-minute walk, and a lovely train ride to the Kleiner Arbersee (Little Arber Lake) starts right there. The neighboring town has a great swimming pool and lakes. Everything is fantastic and within a 20-45 minute radius. Whoever you’re looking for, whatever you’re doing or need, there’s more than enough.

We keep coming back to Eggersberg and the holiday apartment, and it's always a pleasure. A peaceful spot that works well for hikers, families, people looking for quiet, and dogs.
