Breakfast was super, but dinner had some problems. The restaurant staff didn’t seem very well trained, only part of the wine and drinks menu was available, and the chicken wasn’t properly cooked. The rooms were just as described. I didn’t find the glass walls around the toilet and bathroom private enough. The reception and lounge area was simple but okay, and the location is practical with parking facilities.

The frosted glass walls around the whole bathroom mean you can see and smell everything, so don’t be shy if you’re sharing a double room 😋. We still had a great stay. The hotel is eight floors high, has a lovely city view, and is close to town. Breakfast and dinner were okay, and the staff were sweet and very service-minded.

Breakfast started at 6:30 and was fresh, with everything we wanted. The staff were kind and helpful, and our three miniature dachshunds got such a lovely welcome: treat bags they loved, bowls, and a bed. The hotel room itself was a bit slovenly. Finding a nice place to walk the dogs was the one drawback. We were only there overnight, though, and the weather was awful 😊. Thanks for the service and kindness. We’ll come back!

We stayed for one night to visit the Christmas market. The receptionist was lovely and made the 10-minute walk easy to find. Our room was fine, enough for two people, and breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choice and very good quality.

It was a lovely surprise to find a dog bed and mat, food and water bowls, plus a welcome pack with dog food and treats. The room was spacious and very clean, with lots of thoughtful touches.
