The breakfast buffet may have been the best I've had in Germany: lots of choice, delicious food, a lovely space, and kind, attentive staff. The staff throughout the hotel were so good that I can't praise them enough. Our rooms were spacious, wonderful, and very clean, with a bathroom that felt large for a European stay, in my experience. The price was very reasonable for the service and amenities, and it was quiet. Mannheim has a lot of industrial surroundings, and this hotel is in that kind of area, so don't expect a pretty castle view. Still, its location worked well for us, with a short drive to the older part of town we wanted to see. The parking lot was easy to get into, though it fills up quickly. I'd definitely stay again.

Every visit impresses me with the restaurant's creativity, and the food is excellent. The staff are attentive, especially the chef, who was so considerate that I took a few photos of her to say thanks, with her permission, of course. It's a wonderful hotel with attentive staff, and always a good choice for team events or business meetings.

A good fit for business trips around here. The hotel is modern, my room was a decent size, and the staff are very helpful. Reception is open 24 hours, and BASF is within walking distance. The breakfast room is quite small, but the selection is good for the space.

There’s a coffee machine in the room, handy for a morning cup, and the furniture is nice. Everything was clean, and the staff were really friendly, always ready to help or bring what you needed.

After a full workday, the cozy bar was a good place to get some work done or meet people, and it stays open around the clock. The staff were super friendly, the food was very good with generous portions, and breakfast had lots of tasty options. I even had a good oolong tea. The hotel is an easy walk from the BASF Casino, visitor centre, and main site entrance. My room was spotless and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and a practical bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
