My boyfriend, our little dog, and I had a great five-night stay. Cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets are all nearby, and the S-Bahn is close too, getting us to Mannheim in five minutes. The apartment was very clean and suited a longer stay well. We'd definitely recommend it.

We were very happy with the apartment and how quickly the owner responded whenever we needed something. We rented it for a month, and it felt like new, with everything clean and well organized. The kitchen was ready to use, and there was a washing machine and dryer, so we didn't find anything missing. The neighborhood was quiet, with no noise at all. The train station was a three-minute walk away, and the bus and tram stop was also three minutes away. We'd rent from them again next time.

After trying several places over a few months of work in the Mannheim area, I was usually disappointed until I found LuPartemnt. It turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The manager was exceptionally courteous and the service was great, while the price was excellent. The accommodation is spacious, practical, and well organized. I was concerned about road access and parking, but both worked out well, and I could almost always find a spot within 50 meters. I only wish I'd tried it sooner.

My daughter spent four months in one of the apartments while on exchange at Mannheim University. She was very happy there, especially with her nice, warm, cozy room. The location worked well too, close to the tram and train station, with easy trips to the University and Mannheim center. Highly recommended!
