My room had everything I needed, including a kettle, and was clean, tidy and practically furnished. I was on the second floor facing the road, yet it was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. At reception, they offered tea bags, coffee, milk and sugar free of charge, and I got a very friendly welcome at check-in. The transport links are hard to beat: the bus station is right across the street, the railway station is just steps away, and the Old Town and Holsten Gate are an easy 5 to 10 minute walk. I'd recommend it for a convenient and comfortable stay at good value.

I was on the top floor at the back and had a comfortable, very quiet room. The welcome was friendly, and the price was very good. Breakfast was the usual continental sort, but the rolls were the freshest and tastiest I've had at a hotel buffet in many years. The hotel is just across the road from the bus and railway stations, while the old town is only a short walk away.

I booked directly by email on a whim and stayed around Christmas. The rooms were beautiful, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. They even had tea and hot chocolate packets in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The Baltic Hotel is close to the bus station, but downtown is still walkable. And for anyone wondering about the stairs, there is a nice elevator available.

Our family room on the ground floor was spacious and looked out over the garden. The double bed was good, though the kids found the sofa beds a bit uncomfortable. Everything was clean and tidy, breakfast had all we needed, and the staff were friendly. We had a really nice stay, and the hotel is well placed near the old town.

It's in the center, close to the station, and there's an elevator. We could park for free underneath the hotel, and everything was very clean. The staff were friendly too. Breakfast is free, and I can recommend the hotel.
