This is a large holiday home in a quiet residential part of Mainz, with four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and another shower. There are two reserved parking spaces. A tram stop is just a 1-2 minute walk away, and a supermarket, bank, bakery, and several restaurants are within a ten-minute walk. Mainz city centre takes 5 to 10 minutes by car, and Frankfurt is 30 to 45 minutes away. The house is fully furnished. Downstairs there’s a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor terrace with a BBQ, and a toilet with a third shower. Two washing machines and a dryer are in the basement. The first floor has three bedrooms, each with two beds, plus a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bathtub. In the attic there’s another bedroom with a seating area, shower, toilet, and roof terrace. The lighting is either quite bright or missing, there are no spices in the kitchen, and the showers have no shampoo.
