The restaurant's service hours could be improved to meet the high standard of the rest of the hotel, but that was a small detail compared with how warmly we were treated. Sandra, the Director, Laura at the reception, and the whole team were kind, professional, and ready to help. When we needed something or a small problem came up, they handled it flexibly and with a can-do attitude. We felt very well looked after and at ease. From the moment we arrived, the place felt calm and welcoming. It has a modern, youthful style that made us feel at home right away. The warmth from Sandra, Laura, and the team made the real difference. We felt supported and happy, and if I could give more than five stars, I would. Highly recommended if you want to feel like part of the family, not just a guest!

The price can change quite a bit depending on the date, from around €83 to €250 a night, so it's worth checking ahead for a good deal. I had a great short stay at the Me and All hotel in Mainz (by Hyatt). It's only 300 meters from the central train station, which made getting around easy. My room was clean and quiet, with everything I needed for an overnight stop. The staff were warm and welcoming, and having a gym and sauna was a nice bonus. I'd definitely recommend it to travelers passing through.

I'm not staying at this hotel, but I like spending weekends in the Lounge Bar area. It's really cool, with great ambience and music that isn't too loud. A must-visit spot in Mainz.

The location, staff, breakfast, and cleanliness were all good. But the rooms were small, and the shower is basically in the room, with no bathroom door, which was quite inconvenient. I was also pretty cold because there was no way to turn off the AC.

The staff are amazing ❤️. The room was clean, modern, and had all the facilities we needed. The location is great, right across the street from the train station.
