Stefan and Marco gave me top-notch service as soon as I walked into the front office. The historic building was quiet, clean, and well maintained, and I liked my room so much I didn’t want to leave it. When I did head out, I could walk to everything I wanted to see in the city. I don’t often choose independent hotels, but the strong reviews and fair rates drew me here. If I come back to Mainz, I’ll stay here again.

The location made our three nights especially enjoyable, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, the Christmas market and St Martin cathedral just down the street, and a lovely bakery only a short walk away. Our rooms were spacious and exceptionally comfortable. Marcus was accommodating, knew the area extremely well, and came across as completely sincere. My wife and I loved it and will definitely return.

The host welcomed us warmly, showed us to our apartment, and suggested places to visit. We’d been upgraded at no extra charge, and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we could need. It’s right in central Mainz, with secure parking in the inner courtyard. Trams run nearby, though we only noticed a mild rumble as they passed and didn’t find it a problem.

The location is absolutely top notch and worth every euro, and we’ll certainly come back. The apartments were immaculate, in a building with the charm we expected from the pictures, and were very comfortable for visiting Mainz. After our long trip, Marco welcomed us with such care and cheerfulness. He also suggested a genuinely nice 500 year old beer factory for dinner, which we appreciated.

The view was great, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The highlight was hotel worker Stefan giving us two of his VIP Mainz 05 tickets for free. We had great seats, with food and drinks included. What an experience!
