The building and its surroundings are quiet, and the city centre is close by. I found the location great and the price for the quality excellent. The owner and staff handled what I needed very professionally. I'd strongly recommend staying here in Mannheim, whether you're visiting for work or a holiday.

The owner was so welcoming and genuinely one of the nicest people I've met. Amazing place, definitely recommend it!

Next time I need a room in Mannheim, this hotel will be my first choice. Mr. Schäfer dealt with my last-minute cancellation calmly and with real kindness, even though I'd booked for several days. He waived the fee, although he would certainly have been entitled to charge it. Being treated so thoughtfully after cancelling a confirmed booking at short notice says a lot. Thank you again!

The central location makes it easy to explore in any direction, and breakfast has always been excellent. We've been coming here for four years and really like having the same room each time. Mr. and Mrs. Dalmann made us feel welcome from the start. Thanks for everything, see you soon from the Hantke family.
