We had a really enjoyable two-night stay at this lovely family-run hotel. There’s plenty to do nearby, including a hiking trail for a sunny day, and the hotel has a pool, wellness area, and water beds. Spa treatments and massages can be booked ahead of time. Breakfast comes as a buffet, with different egg dishes and coffees to choose from. We also thought the three-course dinner option was worth it. We’d happily come back and would recommend it.

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the spa area is nice. The restaurant is great, though the guests tend to be 80 or older. For the kind of accommodation it is, I found the prices high.

The food was very good and served in generous portions. The hotel and its setting are both superb, and the rooms were perfect in every way. I only tried the pool, but the time I spent there was bliss.
