There are quite a lot of spiders, so you should be comfortable around them. For us, that was the one small downside to what was otherwise a dream holiday, and we’d love to return. We spent a week here and were very happy with the apartment, so I don’t understand the negative reviews. It worked well for our large family with 2-4 children: the layout was good, each bedroom had its own toilet and shower, and there was a large bathroom as well as a guest bathroom. We parents used the guest bathroom and were happy with it. The view from the room was lovely, and we’ll miss it. The kitchen had the essentials, though you shouldn’t expect it to be equipped like your kitchen at home. The refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and oven were all there and worked; there was also a dishwasher, which we didn’t use. The barbecue area in the garden was fine, with a small pond nearby. Walking over the meadow and up the hill gives you a beautiful view of the whole bay. For our family, everything was perfectly adequate.

We’ve been here several times and will come back. It’s peaceful, with good hiking and cycling nearby, and the big, well-kept grounds lead to a private beach where families can play and swim or anyone can relax. We enjoyed barbecuing and watching the sunset over the water. The apartments are comfortable and functionally furnished. It’s a shame the sauna and salt cave are only partly open because of the pandemic.

We loved sitting by the cabin in the evenings, watching hares and deer in the meadow, then seeing the sunset from the cliffs. We spent a week here in June, and the house is quiet, right on the cliffs above the lagoon, with parking available. The enormous garden has a barbecue area, cabin, beach chairs, and sun loungers. Our apartment was bright, clean, and well equipped. The kitchen had a refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, and cooking facilities, which was plenty for us. We felt very comfortable and would happily return.

The roof terrace has a magnificent view across the island and the Bodden lagoon, and the location is peaceful, just 100 meters from the Baltic Sea. The “Möve” apartment has two bedrooms and is ideal for a family with two children. Both bathrooms were very good, the kitchen was fully equipped, and they bring bread rolls in the morning. What more could you ask for?
