The room had a lovely view, and the area is great for exploring, with lots of nice walking paths. We had a great time here, and both the service and room were great. The owner called to ask whether we’d arrived safely and if everything was all right. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with a nice shower. I’ll definitely come back.

Right in the heart of old monschau town, and it’s charming and dog friendly. The room was lovely and had everything we could need, including a good selection of tea. The owner was very friendly and easy to reach by text, and called to make sure check-in had gone smoothly.

We stayed in the Monschau Suite and really enjoyed the apartment. The view over the Roer was the highlight. Everything else went smoothly too, from communication and check-in to the very clean, well-equipped apartment. It was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We’d definitely recommend it.

We loved the comfortable beds and our fourth-floor view across the old town rooftops. Right beside the river, this hotel brings modern comfort together with the character of a 200-year-old building. The bathrooms have been fully renovated, while some original features, including wooden beams, remain. The only reason for four stars is the very low door frame in our room. Even with the yellow warning strip, each of us hit our head at least once. A frame tall enough for an average-sized person would have been better.
