Breakfast was prepared for each guest and brought to the dining area at the time you asked for, and the staff were very friendly. My family of four and I really enjoyed the food Kreuz offered. The menu is limited, but I didn’t mind that. I did have to sleep on a folding bed, though, and its mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

It was fairly quiet when we visited, but the food was excellent. The decor is modern and the staff are friendly. The menu is interesting, with local specialties alongside modern European dishes, and the portions are decent.

I travel for work a lot, and this is the first time I’ve felt driven to write a hotel review. The rooms are extremely overpriced. There’s no desk or table for a suitcase, so I kept shifting mine between the floor and the bed. The floors squeak so loudly you can hear them throughout the building. Breakfast cost 8 Euro and came with one cheese, one jam, two meats, and bread. I usually pay barely 5 Euros and get a much bigger spread, with yogurt, eggs, juice, and jams to choose from. Also, if your employer gave you an American Express card, expect to pay yourself, since they don’t accept AmEx.
