Arabest Aparthotel & Boardinghouse

The room was spacious and clean, and I'd highly recommend it. The lady at the front desk helped us a lot with the parking problem. She was so beautiful and nice.

The room at the Arabest was spotless, large and quiet, with a very modern full kitchen. We had a wonderful four-day stay. The city centre was an easy walk, with many fine restaurants nearby. It was also close to the New Town Centre and Glockenspiel.

We were comfortable here even with small children, which can be a challenge. We stayed for a short business and holiday visit: my husband, my mom, our twin toddlers, and me. The room was like a small one-bedroom apartment, with two single beds, a big sofa bed in the living and dining area, a bathroom with bidet, a well-equipped kitchen, and a small balcony with a tiny table and chairs. The view wasn't particularly nice, but the open space on the sixth floor let in plenty of sunlight. One morning we asked for two high chairs for the kids, and they were in our room when we got back that afternoon. Later we found there was no warm water. Reception was closed, but a sign gave a WhatsApp number for questions. They replied right away, and the issue had already been fixed. The warm water came back in less than an hour. Recommended!

The staff were easy to approach and friendly, and the kitchen had a working cooktop with plenty of plates, cups, and other dishes. But quite a few had been put back dirty, which was worrying. The room was okay, though the bed setup wasn't very comfortable: the double beds were two singles pushed together. There was also hair all over the bedroom floor, possibly left by a previous guest.
