The room was clean and spacious, with lots of hooks and hangers that came in handy. The bathroom was clean too, with the necessary things like a hair dryer and shampoo and soap. We barely heard noise from the road or corridor, so the soundproofing was decent. There was AC, which we didn't use in autumn. Check-in was quick and smooth. The reception staff were welcoming and efficient, and helped with our requests and luggage storage. We stayed two nights over the Oktoberfest and got good value, especially in peak season. There's a bus to and from the subway, but the wait varies. Otherwise, the subway takes about a 10-15 minute walk, with some roads along the way, so it's not very accessible.

Breakfast had a decent selection of basics. The biggest problem was the shower in room 306. The water pressure was great, but the door seal was broken, so after my longer-than-usual shower, water had flooded the bathroom floor. I had to mop it up repeatedly with a towel and wring it out in the shower. The bed came with only one soft pillow, which was difficult, though I suppose I could have asked for another.

I wouldn't recommend booking here. If the hotel gets a chance to sell your room to someone else for more money, they'll cancel your reservation without hesitation.

Be careful with the receptionist. He was extremely rude and dangerous. The manager behaved the same way, threatening guests and literally throwing people out of the hotel. Staying here is at your own risk. They are aggressive.

The prices were affordable, and the employees were kind and professional. I only stayed one night and didn't use the breakfast or parking.
