The place was great and our one room service visit left everything very clean. I would have given five stars, except on a few days the hall and stairwell smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Workers were taking a smoke break by the stairwell with the window open, so smoke spread through both areas. I don't mind people smoking, but it gives me headaches.

You can hear just about everything here. The busy street and hallway carry straight into the room, along with footsteps from guests upstairs and on either side. Even toilet flushing is loud, and we could hear people coughing or sneezing several rooms down the hall. The walls are paper-thin with no soundproofing. For what I paid, I'd rather have stayed in a hostel and wish I could cancel. I won't stay here again.

Good value and a convenient location for us, so we might come back, but the service and follow-up need work. A shower trap smelled awful, and when I reported it nobody followed up. The extractor fan also seemed to draw cooking smells from a neighboring room, which was unpleasant, with no response to that either. The cleaning was missed twice. Our included mid-stay clean didn't happen on the booked day or the following day after it was reconfirmed. We later learned it hadn't been done at all. By the time it was rescheduled, we were already leaving, so it made little sense. A promised “gesture” never came either. Overall, a functional stay, and I'd still recommend it for the price and location.

A quiet, clean area with lots of restaurants nearby, and we even spotted squirrels. The tram is close, and garage boxes are available. Good help and service over the phone, chat, and app.
