It's a very new, modern hotel, close to the city center, and the metro is only a two-minute walk away. Just be aware that reaching the center means going down a fairly steep slope or stairs, and parking is paid. We had a great stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable for traveling, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was sufficient. There weren't many in-room extras, such as slippers or toothbrushes, and there wasn't really a view. The lack of thick blackout curtains wasn't good either, but those things didn't take away from the experience overall. I'd recommend it as a simple, clean, well-located place to stay.

The buffet breakfast was fine, and the room was ordinary, though there was no kettle or bedroom slippers. The hotel is close to the underground, but there aren't many cafes or convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. The on-site services were acceptable. I booked through Agoda and accidentally made a second reservation for the same date after my travel plans changed. I rebooked for the right date and cancelled the duplicate, then asked Agoda to negotiate. The hotel wouldn't consider a refund or review the case individually. Their cancellation policy is very strict and inflexible, even for what was a genuine booking mistake. Service flexibility needs to improve. I wouldn't recommend staying here because of that.

The staff were wonderful, and the bed was super comfortable. It's still close to haubtbahnhof, but the place is nice and quiet. Definitely my favourite place to stay in Munich.

The location is amazing and the staff are friendly. There was enough room for two of us, and the room itself was fine. The beds, though, were really uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain. It's okay if you want to be close to the center, but maybe not if a comfortable bed matters to you.

For the price, it was fine. It's a small hotel, and the room was clean, but there weren't any amenities. They didn't even provide a kettle. The pillows were really uncomfortable and should be replaced. Breakfast was alright, nothing special.
