The beds were probably the most comfortable ones we had on our whole trip through Germany. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, too. There's a little bar where you can get a beer charged to your room, and the hotel has an elevator. The location worked well for us, a little over 1 km from the Oktoberfest grounds and just a 3-5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop. I'd definitely stay again.

A cosy, cute little place and a wonderful stay. We booked at the last minute for Oktoberfest, so the basic room wasn't cheap, but the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was tasty. You can walk to the festival site from here.

We've come back three times since finding this hotel in 2016, and have stayed here on every visit to Munich. The rooms might feel small to many Americans, but the atmosphere, location and service make up for it, and the breakfast is amazing. That personal attention and passion are rare now. I can't recommend this place enough.

We'd only just checked in when I wanted to mention how lovely Yana was. She made us feel at ease right away, with such warm service and a great conversation. A really nice way to begin our time in Munich.

The rooms were perfectly adequate, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It's a charming traditional Bavarian hotel in a great spot. Breakfast was incredible, so I'd definitely add it to your reservation.
