The place was extremely clean, with floorboards in perfect condition and even a backyard. There were complimentary drinks, including beer and wine, and plenty of beds, including a huge couch. The bathroom was clean and the heating worked well. The staff were very friendly. I had a really good stay and recommend it.

The apartment was in a convenient spot, close to a metro stop, supermarkets, general stores, and other services. There was enough room for five people, and it had the utilities we needed for a decent stay. The welcome drinks were nice, and although the woman who met us tried to be kind, her limited English made sorting out the paperwork very difficult. During the night she was outside our apartment the whole time, as if watching to make sure we behaved, which we really didn't appreciate. We were told the deposit would be €50, but were asked for €100 instead. At checkout, we were told the same woman would be there at 12 am, but she never showed up. We didn't know what would have happened if we had a flight or train to catch. We had to call her manager, who kindly returned the deposit and handled checkout. The stay was pleasant enough on average, but we'd strongly suggest managing the whole apartment rental process better.

My booking was suddenly canceled two weeks before my travel dates. They said my credit card was invalid, but that wasn't true. I'd already paid the deposit through hostelworld when I booked, and the rest wasn't due until arrival. It feels like they made up the reason. Now I can see the room listed on hostelworld for twice the price. Take my advice and avoid this provider. They'll cheat you and leave you without anywhere to stay.

We booked through Airbnb, but when we arrived, we were put across several rooms in a completely separate boarding house instead of the apartment we'd booked. When I asked for a partial refund through the Resolution Process because we didn't receive what we'd paid for, Management sent several emails threatening criminal prosecution if I continued with the claim. I suspect I'll get a response to this review along the same lines. Do not stay here.

They charged my credit card a fee without telling me, then refused to return it when we left the apartment. They claimed we had broken something, which wasn't true, and haven't replied to our repeated messages. From what I've read, this seems to happen regularly, so be careful booking here.
