The staff were friendly and efficient, and the apartment was clean, enormous, and well decorated. The kitchen was great too. I stayed three nights and was very impressed. There’s lots of food and shopping nearby, and it’s a ten-minute walk to the center of Munich’s Aldtstadt. I’d recommend it!

I still haven't received any response to my complaint. I booked a night in Munich before an early flight, and after my train was delayed, we agreed I'd call when I arrived after check-in hours. I called at 1 a.m. and waited outside, but nobody let me into the room I'd paid for, so I had to find somewhere else to stay.

The bed was cozy, the room was spotless, and the facilities were great. Munich's Finest Apartment is right in the city center, too. I had a memorable stay and would happily recommend it.

I was really disappointed. The atmosphere felt awful, and the staff were rude, unwilling to account for individual circumstances, and showed little understanding toward guests.

Just as shown in the pictures, the apartment was excellent.
