Munich Central Camping

The value was unbelievable, and my friends and I loved staying at Munich Central. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and everything we needed was provided in good quality. Free breakfast and charging were included. There was an ATM and a shop for drindl and lederhosen by the main tent, plus an after party with a DJ nearby. Would definitely recommend it!

The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, and the campsite had great bands and an on-site bar for a few drinks. We had a great time and I’d recommend it a lot. The tent was nice, with a mattress and sleeping bag available if you need them. The vibe was immaculate. It’s close to central Munich, and you can walk, take the bus, or use the shuttle. Breakfast is free, and there’s a place to charge your phone. There’s no Wi-Fi, but you’re camping, so why would you need it? Hot water costs 2 euro. That’s understandable, and anyone complaining should toughen up and just take a cold shower. It wasn’t even freezing, though it was summer. I urge anyone who stays here to write a good review. The bad reviews are from years ago when it had different owners, so don’t bother with them.

The campsite is in a really nice spot, and the basic tent setup and other facilities were clean. It’s easy to get into town by public transport. A good budget choice in Munich if you want to save on a hostel, with a young crowd and great staff.

They run a tight ship, these cheeky buggers. The tent was about as good as I could have hoped for, and I appreciated the showers. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Sam, who had such a kind demeanor.
