The owner was very hospitable and recommended an amazing restaurant. Even after he double booked us, he found us a room in the next building, which made a real difference to my rating. The place is right among the shops, and this is the view from our window. The room was a bit small, but it had a personal shower. Four rooms shared a restroom, and breakfast may or may not be included. It is definitely pricey for the size.

Christoph greeted us when we arrived and got us oriented to Munich, with lots of tips for sights, food, and especially beer. He and the staff run a great place. The location was perfect, our room was clean and well kept, and breakfast was as good as what you'd find anywhere in Bavaria. The rest of the staff were just as helpful as Christoph, and the fridge was stocked for a late-night pick-me-up. We had a great stay, so give this place a look if you're coming to Munich.

Marienplatz is right nearby, so the location is hard to beat. Christoph was the friendliest German I’ve ever met, and gave us really helpful tips on where to eat and what to see. Absolutely recommend it!
