Premium Apartment München Messe

They helped us out with a big problem.

The location is on the edge of town, but the nearby metro makes it easy to get downtown. There’s also a huge three-story shopping center close to the apartment, with loads of restaurants and a big supermarket. Parking was convenient and free in some spots, and we always found a space. I’m happy with the stay overall and would come back to Munich here, though I’d only give full marks if it had been cleaner. The bathroom and floors were done, and the towels smelled lovely, but there was a shocking amount of dust in hidden spots, behind the bed, on the kitchen counter and coffee maker. The light bulbs were dusty too, and the microwave wasn’t very clean. They provide a sponge and dish soap, but you really need degreaser or sanitizer to clean things yourself. The apartment is small but has what you need: a full kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, and induction stove. The fridge is small and a bit noisy, but held enough. The layout is good, outlets are plentiful and well placed, and there’s a little balcony. Big TV, perfect Wi-Fi, no problems there. In December, the adjustable underfloor heating was especially welcome. Beds were comfortable, slightly soft, with two pillow options. The large new bathroom had everything, including a powerful hairdryer and an iron. Good lighting too. You get two codes for the front and main doors before arrival, so no keys to carry.

The room was clean and had good equipment. There’s free indoor parking, though it’s a long walk from there to the room.

Soundproofing was good, and the bathroom was convenient and clean. The place was clean overall.
