The staff were all lovely, and Pinky was especially great. She was so friendly and made delicious drinks for us on several nights. The rooms are bright, modern, and really nice. Marienplatz is about a 10-15 minute walk away, or you can take a quick tram ride. Great location for a Munich stay, definitely recommend it.

I was here while waiting for transportation and only used the bar. It was super cozy with a great vibe. Emil, the waiter, was sociable and showed us some good cocktails. The place was clean and the prices were okay. Location is great, right by the train station and not too long a walk from the city center.

The lobby has such a lovely atmosphere, and the bar service is always smooth and welcoming. I've been coming to the Ruby Hotel near the central station in Munich for years, and Viktoria, Anna and Kai have consistently made each visit pleasant. To me, it's the best place in Munich.

The room was small, as expected, but the hotel was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly. We arrived before check-in and they let us freshen up in the bathroom and stored our bags while we went to explore. The location was great, and the bar was just right for a nightcap. I'd happily stay again.

We only stopped in for drinks, but Pinky and Emil were absolutely brilliant hosts and so kind to us. The Whiskey Sour was superb, on the same level as Brenner Restaurant, where I usually go. Thanks again, guys. We'll definitely come back to visit ya! : )
