Servus Apartments by Homaris

The room was comfy and clean, though the shower wasn't great. Public transport links are good, and the room stays warm in winter.

We stayed at Servus apartments for four days and three nights, and the experience was awful. We found bed bugs in the bed on our final night, which is unacceptable and a serious health concern. We told management right away, but they didn't give us fresh linen or another room. They only considered refunding that last night. Their response showed no concern for basic hygiene, and made an already bad situation worse. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Save yourself the hassle and choose somewhere cleaner and better managed.

For the price, it has a lot going for it, especially the kitchenette, which is unusual in this category. But it was really noisy. The doors slam shut, and even trying to close them quietly doesn't help. Why have self-closing doors that bang like that in a hotel? Also, I wish they'd vacuum under the sofa.

Having a kitchen in the room was really convenient, and the room itself felt modern and very clean. The lack of a reception made it confusing and inconvenient when I needed help, though. Still, it’s a good place!
