The room was clean, and the furniture throughout the hotel was new and in good shape, though nothing fancy. But our visit to check whether we’d return for a large family Christmas gathering, at least six people, left us very disappointed. We booked two nights and three days but got only five meals instead of eight, plus coffee once. The food left a lot to be desired. For example, the lunch “snack” was reheated dinner leftovers that had gone soft. Towels and bathrobes for the pool and sauna also cost extra. We won’t be coming back for Christmas or ever again.

The pool was cold and not suitable for children, even though lots of families come with babies and little kids. That’s why I’m taking off a star. Otherwise, it’s a good spot for a relaxed family weekend: the rooms were clean, the service was very friendly, and the food was awesome. I recommend the hotel.

We had the best Christmas time there this year 🥳🥳🥳🤩🤩. It’s clean and cozy, with amazing food and a kids club offering childcare for ages 3-12, so children have activities and parents get entertainment too. We played games in the evening and enjoyed the concerts. Definitely recommend it for families ☺️😊💃

The whole stay felt like school dinners, with awful food, crowds around the pool, and cold water. The showers were out of service too. The hotel was overcrowded, check-in meant long queues, and there were long waits for food. You have to reserve a time slot for breakfast and dinner, then leave the dining hall after an hour. We had an awful time here. Never again.

The rooms were excellent, clean, and tidy, and the pleasant staff were helpful the whole time. A great hotel that caters to all your needs. I’d recommend it for a holiday and for exploring the local area.
