City Hotel Neumarkt

This modern hotel is a handy stop near the A3, in a charming little town. The automated setup works well, and if anything comes up, friendly staff are reachable by phone. Our room was clean, the shower had strong pressure, the bed was comfortable, and sound insulation was good. Having a breakfast spot next door is convenient, and small pets are welcome.

The hotel sits on the edge of town rather than in the center, but there’s plenty nearby: a bakery/cafe right beside it, restaurants a couple of hundred meters away, and a gas station, McDonald's, Lidl, and Aldi across the street. My room was tidy, and the air conditioning had it nicely cool when I arrived on a hot summer day. The window looked out on trees and bushes, which suited me perfectly because it was so quiet. A very nice little hotel, highly recommended.

We arrived late, so the key was waiting in an automated box and we used the code sent by email to collect it. The room was pleasant and opened onto a shared terrace, and the bright bathroom was lovely. The hotel is in a nice little town with good restaurants and shops. It’s a bit off the motorway, farther than I’d usually go, but it was well worth the detour.

The rooms are huge, spotless, and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. There’s free underground parking, too. This is a fantastic new place. Breakfast isn’t provided by the hotel itself, but you can buy it at the seated coffee and bakery spot on the ground floor. The price was good, there was plenty to choose from, and the pastries were freshly baked.
