The room was comfortable, and the central location was perfect. Tea and coffee were available in the common area, though I would have liked a small kitchen. There's public parking nearby, but we had to walk quite a way with our bags because the road to the apartment was closed for work. Overall, good value for the money.

There was self-check-in, no staff around, no phone number to call, and no customer care at all. My friend stayed there and lost ALL HER LUGGAGE because the hotel mixed up the dates and cleared her room. She had to spend the night with nothing and travel back. They sent her luggage a WEEK LATER, with no apology or compensation. Stay away.

It's beautiful and clean, in a very good location. There's a coffee machine for the morning, too. The bathroom is outside the room, which is a bit unusual, but each person has their own and it was spotless.

Four of us paid €113 for one night, so it was affordable, and the location was super central. The apartment was well kept and had everything we needed for a city trip. Self-check-in with the key box was easy.
