The staff were so gentle and kind that my workmate and I felt at home, and I always managed to find accommodation here. The rooms are comfortable and quite nice, and the hotel's in a good spot for getting around Nurnberg. The only thing missing could be an elevator to the upper floors. Thanks to the "Popp" family! I'd definitely recommend it.

Everything worked, the place was spotless, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient, parking was good, and the rates were reasonable. Can't fault it. Make this one of your stops.

The rooms are very tidy and clean, and comfortable too. The furniture isn't the newest, but the rooms are in very good shape.

I've stayed here several times and like coming back. The owners are very pleasant, and it's a good, especially quiet location where I can unwind after a long workday. The rooms are always clean and well maintained, and every room I've stayed in so far has Wi-Fi. I can only recommend it.

I found a Milky Way wrapper on the bed, and the rest of the place felt just as uninviting. The online photos are totally misleading; my room looks nothing like them. The floor is so old and stained I don't even want to take my shoes off. I'm completely uncomfortable and don't want to return. My pictures still won't upload, even after a second try. What a shame. 100% disappointed.
